Empire Transportation Service founded in 2015 and incorporated as Empire Transportation Provider inc in New York State 2017 to provide Transportation Service to patients and healthcare Customers who face barriers getting to their medical appointments.
Empire Transportation Provider inc is currently providing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) in upstate New York covering Six Counties Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Genesee and Wyoming Counties.
All of our transport Team members are trained in safe operation of the wheelchair lifts, transportation safety features, and defensive driving. The result is a team of caring, professional, pleasant transporters who are enthusiastic about ensuring your best experience.
On top of NEMT, Empire also extended the service provision to Students Transportation by Partnering School Districts and other related organization in Pittsburgh, PA, and Baltimore Maryland.
Empire uses SUVs, wheelchair-accessible vans, minivans, and sedans, that are compliant with federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
The Company Corporate office located Buffalo, New York which Comprises Four Office Employees- The CEO, Office Manager, Finance Manager and Office Assistance, and Several full time and Part-Time Drivers. The Field offices in Pittsburgh and Baltimore are Supervise by field Managers who monitor and facilitate routes in state level.
