Ambulatory/Livery uses minivans to transport ambulatory Medicaid Recipients to and from the services covered by the Medicaid program
Wheelchair accessible van are used to transport both Ambulatory or Non-Ambulatory Medicaid Recipients to and from the services covered by the Medicaid Program.
Shuttle Service up on request and Empire PT, Inc is available 24 hours in 7 days a week.
