EMPIRE HAS CLASSIFIED OUR SERVICES
INTO THREE CATEGORIES.

1. Ambulatory/Livery uses minivans to transport ambulatory Medicaid Recipients to and from the services covered by the Medicaid program.
2. Wheelchair-accessible van are used to transport both Ambulatory and Non-Ambulatory Medicaid Recipients to and from the services covered by the Medicaid Program.
3. Shuttle Service up on request and Empire Transportation Provider shall be available 24 hours in 7 days a week.
