Empire TP,Inc has three office employees and approximately 18 operators/drivers covering six Counties in Erie, Niagara, Cattaraugus ,Chautauqua, Genesee and Wyoming Counties. The three office employees are responsible to run the back office operation, including the daily fleet management, working seven days a week and 24 hours a day. The office team includes the President, Office Manager, Finance office and per time Business advisory.
The Co-founder and the President holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from School of Civil Engineering, Newcastle, UK. He has more than 10 years of experience in team Management, developing project proposals, preparation of contractual documents and financial forecasting.
The Finance and Accounting officer holds Bachelors of Art in Finance and Accounting Degree and graduated in Business Administration in Bryant and Stratton Collage Amherst Campus. The Finance and Accounting officer has more than 5 years of working experience in finance related sectors. She is responsible for overall financial management of the company.
Our Office manager has also a huge experience in Non emergency medical transportation sectors and is responsible a daily dispatch,Managing drivers and scheduling operations.
Operators/Drivers and independent contractors are also closely working with the office team to assure that ETP provides professional transportation service for all of our clients measured in a daily, hourly and even in minute by minute level of punctuality in order to meet and exceed our clients expectation.

The office Manager holds a business administration degree and more than 10 years’ experience of Customer service, and currently in Empire Transportation he is managing the scheduling, day to day operations, marketing and communicating with account holder.
